if you re-read what the mission said, it would had given you the monsters name on how it was dropped.  :P  however, if you defeat mini bosses like the snow witch, clang clam, and others and you still do not get it.  Try changing your channel and keep doing it until it drops.

the shadow boss version of Eliza drops it after you defeat it!

Way to loot it:
1) Must be level 30/Finished the 1st Silent Crusader mission.
2) Accept the 2nd quest and kill the King Clang.
3) Loot the Star Rock that he drops.

After the Big Bang update Sabitrama's quest NO LONGER AWARDS THIS ITEM, he awards a random scroll instead.

I'm doing the jump quest to get this. Not patient enough to gather all those refined ores.

u can always just get all those jewels like bc diamond sap garnet opal topaz aqua emerald and 1 more and just talk to the person who refines ores in ludi and he will make 1

yes u can get this from gwen the fairy. in ellina. just say " i hear you can make a special item..." and u can choose to make a star rock, black feather, or a moon rock. what these things do i am not sure. but the inredients are like, one of each ore and 15k mesos

it can be made by the Ludibrium ore refiner using a: garnet, amethyst, aqua marine, emerald, opal, saphire, topaz, diamond and black crystal (every jewel)

if anyone know another way to get it please let me know

is there any other way at all to get this? because i so dont wanna have to do something that is similar to the forest of patience to get it *gonk* i didnt even finish that quest because it's too much trouble for the rewards that are offered to me, lol ^^"
